摘 要:首先采用水热-煅烧法制备可见光响应型高催化活性的二氧化硅-钒酸铋复合光催化剂(Si O2-Bi VO),4然后通过原位生长法将其负载在碱减量处理后的涤纶织物上,制备得到可见光光催化功能织物。通过扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱,表征光催化功能织物的界面形态、光催化剂的晶型及功能织物的光学特性。测试光催化功能织物对活性蓝KN-R(C.I.活性蓝19)的氧化降解效率,研究其光催化活性及循环使用的稳定性。结果表明,制备的Si O2-Bi VO4负载光催化功能织物在可见光照射90 min后,对50 mg/L的活性蓝19降解率达到98%以上;重复使用10次后,降解率保持在93%以上。SiO2-BiVO4 composite photocatalyst with high catalytic activity and in response to visible light is prepared by hydrothermal and calcination method firstly, and then loaded onto alkali reduction polyes- ter fabric by in situ reaction to achieve visible light responding functional fabric. The surface morphology and optical property of fabric, and the crystal form of photocatalyst are characterized by scanning elec- tron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) respectively. The oxidative degradation efficiency of Re- active Blue KN-R (C.I. Reactive Blue 19) by functional fabric is tested. The photocatalytic activity and re- cycling stability of functional fabric are studied. The results show that, the degradation rate of 50 mg/L Reactive Blue ]9 is more than 98% with SiO2-BiVO4 loaded fabric after visible light irradiation for 90 min. The degradation rate remains above 93% after the photocatalyst is recycled for 10 times.
