摘  要:以2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,制备了一种抗起毛起球整理剂WPUA,优化了其制备工艺,并通过红外光谱对其结构进行表征。将WPUA整理到纯棉针织物上,并对整理织物各项性能进行测试。结果表明,当DMBA质量分数为4%,聚氨酯分散体(PU)与聚丙烯酸酯单体(BA+MMA)的质量比为6∶4,BA与MMA质量比为8∶2时,制备的WPUA整理织物的抗起毛起球等级提高了4级,手感和白度与未整理织物相当;与市售高效抗起毛起球整理剂整理的织物相比,其各项性能相当。The anti-pilling agent WPUA is prepared with dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA), isophorone di- isocyanate, butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) as raw materials, and then applied to the fin- ish of cotton knitted fabric.The preparation process of WPUA is optimized. The structure of WPUA is an- alyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The performances of cotton knitted fabrics treated with WPUA are test- ed. The results indicate that, under conditions of DMBA 4%, mass ratio of polyurethane to polyacrylate is 6:4, and mass ratio of BA to MAA is 8:2, the prepared WPUA can enhance the anti-pilling property of cotton knitted fabric by Grade 4. The treated fabric features the same handle and whiteness as those of original fabrics, and similar performances to those of fabrics treated with commercial agents.
