摘　　要：研究助剂RC-W在涤/棉长车分散/活性一浴法染色清洗工艺中的应用情况。结果表明,分散活性一浴处理剂RC-W对分散染料和活性染料都具有很好的清洗效果,处理后织物的水洗牢度、摩擦牢度均达到了传统两浴法工艺的水平,拉伸断裂强力、撕破强力比传统两浴法工艺好。RC-W一浴处理工艺与常规两浴法工艺相比,由于省去染涤部分中除焙烘外的所有工序,大大缩短了工艺流程,减少水、电、蒸汽的消耗,减少污水排放,提升经济效益和社会效益。One-bath clearing of polyester/cotton fabric in continuous disperse/reactive dyeing process with the clearing agent RC-W is carried out. The results show that the agent RC-W has good effect on clearing of both reactive dyes and disperse dyes. The treated polyester/cotton fabric has high breaking strength and tearing strength, equivalent color fastnesses to washing and rubbing to those of fabrics with traditional two-bath process. The one-bath process with RC-W can greatly shorten the process by eliminating most procedures except for baking in polyester dyeing, cut down the consumption of wa- ter, energy and steam, reduce the discharge of wastewater, and enhance the economic and social benefits.
