摘 要:【目的】研究海洋解淀粉芽孢杆菌GM-1菌株对水稻的促生防病作用及其对抗性相关物质的影响,为GM-1菌株的开发应用提供理论依据。【方法】设未拌GM-1菌剂的水稻种子播种在未接种水稻纹枯病菌的土壤中(CK)、未拌GM-1菌剂的水稻种子播种在接种水稻纹枯病菌的土壤中(处理1)及GM-1菌剂与水稻种子拌种后播种在接种水稻纹枯病菌的土壤中(处理2)3种处理,水稻出苗后定期调查不同处理水稻纹枯病的病情指数,计算防病效果,出苗后46 d测定水稻株高、根长、须根数和鲜重,采用比色法测定不同时期水稻幼苗叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性及总酚和类黄酮含量。【结果】GM-1菌剂拌种处理后,水稻的株高、须根数、根长和鲜重均显著提高(P<0.05),对水稻纹枯病的防病效果明显,不同时期的防效均在70.00%以上;GM-1菌剂处理后的水稻叶片中PAL和PPO活性及总酚和类黄酮含量均明显提高;不同抗性相关物质出现的高峰期不同,PAL、PPO活性及总酚含量在第11 d达到最大值,类黄酮含量在第7 d达到最大值。【结论】海洋细菌GM-1菌株对水稻幼苗有明显的促生防病作用,具有开发为生物农药的潜力。[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate effects of Bacillus. amyloliquefaciens strain GM-1 on growth-promotion, disease control and resistance-related substances production of rice plant, in order to provide theoretical basis for its further development and application. [ Method ]The seeds of rice were treated with 3 different methods, respectively, as follows. As for control trecctment, the rice seeds which were not mixed with GM-1 inoculant were sowed in the soil non-inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani. As for Treatment 1, the rice seeds which were not mixed with GM-I inoculant were sowed in the soil inoculated with R. solani. As for Treatment 2, the rice seeds mixed with GM- 1 inoculant were sowed in the soil inoculated with R. solani. Then, the rice seedlings were observed regularly after seed germination in order to investigate disease indexes of sheath blight in different groups, and the control effects were as- sessed. Meanwhile, the plant height, root length, fibrous roots number and fresh weight of rice seedling were measured on the 46^th day after germination. The activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO), and contents of total phenols and flavonoid in seedling leaves were determined by colorimetric method. [Results ]The results showed that the root length, fibrous roots number, plant height and fresh weight of rice increased significantly after mixing rice seeds with GM-1 inoculant(P〈0.05). And GM-1 inoculant had obvious contol effect on sheath blight, the control effect were above 70.43% at different times. In addition, the activities of PAL and PPO and contents of total phenols and flavonoid increased obviously in rice leaves after mixing seeds with GM-1 inoculant. The peak of different resistance-relat- ed substances occurred differently. The peak of total phenols content and maximum activities of PAL and PPO occurred on the 11^st after germination, while the peak of flavonoid content occurred on the 7^th day after germination. [
