摘 要:[目的]明确14种生物杀虫剂对瓜类作物上棕榈蓟马的控制效果,筛选出对棕榈蓟马杀伤作用大、防治效果好的生物农药,为棕榈蓟马的防治提供参考。[方法]将14种生物杀虫剂配制成高、中、低3个剂量,并设药剂对照及清水对照,每个剂量重复4次,于棕榈蓟马1~2龄盛发期施药,药后定期、定点观察棕榈蓟马在植株上的发生情况。[结果]480 g/L多杀菌素SC的防效最佳,药后1 d的防效即可达83.38%,持效期长,药后7 d可达84.80%;25%除虫菊素69.00 g/ha、99%烟碱2700 g/ha、98%苦参碱2700 g/ha、0.5%藜芦碱8.44 g/ha也有一定的防效,药后3 d防效接近或超过60.00%,但持效期较短,药后7 d防效大幅下降;20亿/g绿僵菌WP和3000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌WP的作用效果较慢,其高浓度处理药后14 d防效可达到60.00%以上。[结论]480 g/L多杀菌素SC具有良好的速效性和持效性,可作为防治棕榈蓟马的药剂使用,推荐使用量为18~72 g/ha。25%除虫菊素、99%烟碱、98%苦参碱、0.5%藜芦碱、3000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌WP和20亿/g绿僵菌WP对棕榈蓟马也有一定的防效,可在生产中交替轮换使用,建议使用量为:25%除虫菊素69.00 g/ha、99%烟碱2700 g/ha、98%苦参碱2700 g/ha、0.5%藜芦碱8.44 g/ha、3000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌9000 g/ha、20亿/g绿僵菌WP 2亿/g。[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate control effects of 14 biopesticides on Thffps palmi Karny for melon crops to screen some biopesticides with great killing and control effect, in order to provide references for controlling T. palmi Karny. [ Method ] Fourteen kinds of biopesticides were adjusted to 3 different dosages viz., high, moderate and low dosages, respectively. Meanwhile, the medicament and water were used as two controls, ev- ery dosage was sprayed on plants of melon crops, and that was repeated 4 times during full incidence period of 1^st-2^nd in- star T. palmi Karny. Then, the occurrence of T. palmi Karny on plant was observed regularly. [ Result ]The results showed that the control effect of 480 g/L spinosad SC was optimal. After 1 day of pesticide treatments, the control effi- ciency reached up to 83.38% and could persist a long time. And after 7 days, the control efficiency still reached up to 84.80%. In addition, the 25% pyrethrin(69.00 g/ha), 99% nicotine (2700 g/ha), 98% matrine (2700 g/ha), 0.5% vera- tridine (8.44 g/ha) had also a certain control effect, and after 3 days of these pesticides treatments, the control efficien- cies approached or exceeded 60% for a short time, after 7 days, the control efficiencies decreased significantly. [Conclu- sion]The 480 g/L spinosad SC at dosage of 18-72 g/ha was optimal application amount for controlling T. pahui Karny with quick-acting and persistent effect. The 25% pyrethrin (69.00 g/ha),99% nicotine (2700 g/ha) ,98% matrine (2700 g/ha), 0.5% veratridine (8.44 g/ha), 3000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis WP (9000 g/ha) and 2 billion/g Beauveria bassiana WP (0.2 billion/g) have also a certain control effect on T. palmi Karny, which can be used alternatively to control T. pa/mi Karny in production.
