摘 要:【目的】探讨云南松苗木生长对水分的响应,为云南松苗木培育提供参考依据。【方法】采用L9(33)正交试验设计,分别在温棚内外开展云南松苗木水分控制培育试验,分析不同浇水间隔天数和浇水量对云南松苗木生长的影响。【结果】在温棚内外,每天浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量与每3 d浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量的云南松苗木地径均最粗;每3 d浇水1次、每次浇1/2饱和水含量与每天浇水1次、每次浇1/4饱和水含量可促进温棚内外云南松苗高与冠高生长。浇水间隔与浇水量的交互作用能显著促进温棚内外地径、苗高和冠高的生长(P<0.05)。温棚内的云南松苗木平均地径、苗高和冠高分别为1.36 mm、3.80和1.33 cm,极显著高于温棚外苗木(P<0.01)。【结论】水分亏缺是导致云南松蹲苗的关键因素之一,利用温棚设施在全光照条件下每天少量浇水可促进云南松苗木地径、苗高和冠高生长,减少或解除云南松蹲苗现象。[Objective]In order to provide scientific foundation for cultivating Pinus. yunnanensis seedings, the response of P. yunnanensis seedling growth to moisture was investigated. [Method]The L9(33) orthogonal design was applied to conduct moisture control experiment for cultivating P. yunnanensis seedlings inside and outside greenhouse. Then effects of different watering intervals and watering quantities on P. yunnanensis seedings growth were analyzed. [Result]The results showed that P. yunnanensis seedlings inside and outside greenhouse were watered with 1/2 saturated water contents (SWCs) once every day and once every three days, respectively, these seedlings' basal diameters (BD) were found be maximum. In addition, watering with 1/2 SWCs once every three days and watering with 1/4 SWCs once every day could also promote growth of seedling height (SH) and crown height (CH) of P. yunnanensis inside and outside greenhouse, and the interaction between watering interval and watering quantity significantly could promoted growth of BD, SH and CH (P〈 0.05). Furthermore, the average BD, SH and CH of P. yunnanensis in greenhouse were 1.36 mm, 3.80 and 1.33 cm, respectively, which were extremely significantly higher than those outside greenhouse(P〈0.01 ). [Conclusion]The water deficit is a key factor restraining growth of P. yunnanensis seedlings. Therefore, P. yunnanensis seedlings are planted in greenhouse and watered with a small amount of water under full sunlight condition, this method can promote growth of BD, SH and CH of P. yunnanensis seedlings and reduce or remove growth restriction of P. yunnanensis seedlings.
