2008～2013年广西农业科学院科技论文发表情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析2008~2013年广西农业科学院科技论文的发表情况,评价其科研产出及学术影响力,为科学评介科技创新能力和促进学科发展提供参考依据。[方法]参照《农业科技文献范畴分类表》对发表论文进行学科分类及数量统计的方法,对2008~2013年广西农业科学院的科技论文总数、各层次期刊收录情况及主要农业学科发文情况进行整理。[结果]2008~2013年广西农业科学院发表科技论文2250篇,其中被美国《科学引文索引》（Science Citation Index,SCI）收录69篇,占科技论文总数的3.07%;在中文核心期刊上发表的论文数为1219篇,且以2012年的最多（271篇）,占该年度发文量的64.99%。从学科分类来看,以农作物学科论文数量最多（753篇）;其次是园艺学和植物保护两个学科,分别为481和265篇;植物营养与土壤肥料、农业经济与农村发展、农业应用微生物类也有一定数量（171、155和100篇）;而其他学科的论文数量较少。[结论]近年来,广西农业科学院科技论文的数量与质量呈明显的增长趋势,但顶层科技论文比例偏低,且学科分布不平衡,主要侧重于农作物学科,因此今后应进一步整合广西农业科学院的科技成果形成顶层科技论文,使其国际化;在稳步推进农作物学科发展的同时兼顾其他学科,尤其应倾向于农业新兴学科和交叉学科发展;通过各种措施调动科技人员写作积极性,推动科技论文写作良性发展。[Objective]The present study was conducted to investigate situation of scientific papers published by Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Science during 2008-2013 to evaluate output of scientific research and academic influ- ence, in order to provide guidance for scientific evaluation of high-tech innovation capacity and promotion of discipline de- velopment. [Method]The published papers were classified based on ＂Agricultural Scientific Literature Category Classifica- tion＂, and calculated quantitatively. Aiming at the published scientific papers of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Science during 2008-2013, the total quantity, SCI-indexed journals at all levels and papers of main agricultural disciplines were investigated. [Result]A total of 2250 scientific papers were published by Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Science dur- ing 2008-2013, and there were 69 papers to be indexed by Science Citation Index （SCI for short）, accounting for 3.07% of total papers. The 1219 papers were published in Chinese core journals, above all, the total of papers published in 2012 was the most （271 papers）, accounting for 64.99% of annual papers. In addition, from the point of discipline classification, the total of papers related to crops disciplines was the most （753 papers）, closely followed by total of papers related to dis- ciplines of horticulture and plant protection, which were 481 and 265, respectively. There were 171, 155 and 100 papers related to plant nutrient and soil and fertilizer, agricultural economy and rural development, and agricultural applied micro- biology, respectively. And there were small amounts of papers related to other disciplines. [Conclution]In recent years, the quantity and quality of papers published by Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Science during 2008-2013 present increasing trends, while the proportion of top-level scientific papers is relatively lower, and the distribution of disciplines is imbal- anced, mainly focusing on agricultural discipline.
