乌鲁木齐市基层医院感染管理现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解我市基层医疗机构的感控现状,为乌市卫生政策的制定提供参考依据。方法乌市院感质量控制中心依据卫计委《基层医疗机构感染管理基本要求》,制定了《基层医疗机构医院感染评估细则(2013)》,通过对60所一级基层医院感控质量的督导检查,对民营医院和公立医院(社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院)的感控工作进行比较分析。结果 1、基层医院感染管理现状方面,在"制度建立与落实"和"医疗废物管理"上有差异性(P<0.05);2、基层医院重点感控部门在手术室管理、实验室管理、口腔科管理均有差异性(P<0.05)。结论公立医院与民营医院之间既有共同的问题又存在一定差异。公立医院好于民营医院。今后卫生行政部门需要加大监管力度,建立准入制度和督查制度,确保医疗服务的质量安全。同时医院也需要加强自身建设,提升基层医院的感控水平。Objective To understand the status of the city＇s sense of control of primary health care institutions to provide a reference for the development of health policy in Urumqi. Methods Urumqi hospital infection quality control center based Guardian Planning ＂grassroots medical institutions basic infection control requirements,＂ formulated the ＂primary health care institutions to assess hospital infection Regulations （2013）,＂ the grassroots level through the 60 quality of hospital infection control supervision and inspection of private hospitals and public hospitals （community health service centers and township hospitals） infection control work were compared. Results 1, grass-roots hospital infection management situation in the ＂system to establish and implement＂ and ＂Medical Waste Management＂ have differences （P 〈0.05）; 2, the primary focus of hospital infection control department In the operating room management, laboratory management, dental management were differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The primary hospital infection control quality, public hospitals better than private hospitals. Future health administrative departments need to strengthen supervision, establish access rules and inspection system to ensure quality and safety of medical services. At the same hospital also need to strengthen self-construction, improve the level of primary hospital infection control.
