窨井清淤机械手臂的研究

摘　　要：针对我国城市窨井清淤面临的问题,设计了一种窨井清淤机械手臂,用于城市窨井的清淤工作。主要介绍窨井清淤机械手臂的组成及工作原理,建立了窨井清淤机械手臂的模型并对窨井清淤机械手臂进行受力分析,同时完成窨井清淤机械手臂液压系统的设计和液压缸技术参数计算。For the issues of well dredging problem in our cities, a kind of well dredging mechanical arm was designed, used for the dredging work in city. It＇s composing and working principle were introduced. The model of the well dredging mechanical arm was built and force analysis was carried out. The design of the hydraulic control systems and the parameters calculation of hydraulic cylinder were introduced.
