摘  要:基于STEP-NC标准的数控技术将是未来数控技术发展的必然趋势,而基于零件加工特征的智能化工艺规划是面向STEP-NC数控技术的关键核心之一。针对STEP-NC的铣削加工智能化工艺规划系统展开研究,构建了基于STEP-NC铣削加工的智能化工艺规划系统框架,重点对该系统所涉及的若干关键技术进行分析。基于Solid Works三维CAD平台,采用VB.NET开发了相应的原型系统ST-ICAPP,结合典型零件工艺路线规划,对该原型系统的操作过程进行具体的说明,从而进一步验证了所构建原型系统在零件智能化工艺路线规划中的合理性和可行性。CNC technology based on STEP-NC will be the future trend of CNC technology, and then the intelligent process planning based on machining parts is the key core for STEP-NC oriented CNC. STEP-NC oriented intelligent process planning system was studied, the framework based on STEP-NC milling intelligent process planning system was constructed, and then the certain key technologies of the proposed system were investigated in detail. Based on SolidWorks development platform, the corresponding prototype system called as ST-ICAPP was developed by VB. NET. The specific application of the prototype system was specifically described by a typical part process planning. The result shows that the proposed system is valid and feasible.
