摘 要:在传统水龙头的基础上,基于液压原理,设计了一种新型无水自动关闭节水阀。该阀根据水压力作用在阀套不同表面的面积差实现自动关闭。节水阀处于打开状态且无水时,阀套因自重移至进水口面,与阀芯之间形成空腔;来水时,水压经细小孔进入空腔,空腔底面作用面积大于阀套外底面作用面积,阀套在水压力的作用下压缩密封垫,实现无水自动关闭。实验证明:该阀很好地解决了普通水龙头在开启状态下突然来水时水的浪费,具有较好的推广和实用价值。A new type valve was designed based on hydraulic principles and faucet. It would be turned off automatically when there was no water. The surface area of valve sleeve was different and the force was generated for the water pressure, then the valve would automatically be closed. A cavity would be formed between the sleeve and spool valve, because of the sleeve moved to the inlet side due to weight when the water-saving valve was open and anhydrous. The water pressure would go to the cavity through a small hole after the water inflow. Because the surface area of cavity bottom was greater than that of the outer bottom of the valve sleeve, so the valve sleeve would compress gaskets under pressure, at last it would turned off automatically when there was no water. The tests show that the new type valve can save water and have great promotion and practical value.
