摘  要:为了在粗加工阶段快速去除材料,将闭式整体叶轮通道的定轴插铣的理论模型概括为通道曲面的内接柱面的最大体积的优化问题。同时,构建并解算了叶轮通道的内接柱面沿其直母线方向的投影面积最大的优化模型,并提出了闭式叶轮在粗加工中从两侧进刀时的分段依据,进一步提高了闭式叶轮粗加工时可去除最大体积粗加工材料。最后,以一轮毂直径为400mm,叶片个数为17的闭式叶轮做数值算例进行仿真,结果显示,材料去除比率为49%,验证了所提方法的可行性。In order to remove material quickly at the stage of rough machining of a closed impeller, the theoretical model of the plunge milling of an impeller with fixed rotating axis is summarized as an optimization problem of finding the maximum volume of the inscribed general cylindrical surface of the impeller' s tunnel surface. Meanwhile, an optimization model with the maximum projected area of the cylinder of impeller channel along the tool axis direction is established and calculated. The basis for determining the two segments from both sides of the closed impeller in rough mac is proposed, it has further improved the ability of removing the rough machining material with maximum area of a closed impeller' Finally, the correctness of these methods is verified by an impeller with a wheel diameter of 1400mm and blades number of 17 and the remove ratio of 49.00%.
