摘 要:随着风电大规模并网,致使电力系统运行状态存在随机性和不确定性.利用传统方法对系统进行静态安全分析已难以满足现阶段新能源的并网需求.分析了风速的概率分布特性,并对风电场随机输出功率进行研究,编写了电力系统静态安全概率分析程序.采用鲁棒性优越的非序贯蒙特卡洛方法对风电场有功出力进行模拟仿真,利用PSD-BPA软件对系统进行潮流计算与静态事故预想,检验系统能否满足N-1开断要求,得到系统各指标的越限概率,并通过IEEE-14系统的测试结果验证模型与方法的有效性和可行性.With large-scale wind power grid connection,there are randomness and uncertainty existing in power system operation state.The analysis of power system static security by traditional methods is difficult to meet new energy grid needs at this stage. The wind speed probability distribution characteristics are analyzed and the random on wind farm output power is studied,and a platform of power system static security probability analysis is set up.Superior robustness non-sequential Monte Carlo method is applied on simulating the wind farms active output.PSD-BPA software is used to calculate the value of power flow,expect the static accident and inspect whether system has the ability to meet the requirements of the N-1breaking,and then obtains the limitation probability of each power system index.Finally,experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and method by IEEE-14 system.
