开放经济下的产业关联效应测度——基于非竞争型和区域间产业关联理论的改进认识

摘　　要：在开放的经济环境下,非竞争型和区域间产业关联理论试图从产品异质性角度出发弥补传统竞争型产业关联理论的应用缺陷。但分析表明,唯有将国外经济体以内生方式引入且满足封闭性条件的投入产出模型才能合理反映产业间的关联途径并提供产业关联效应的完整测度。这意味着产业关联分析应以世界投入产出表为应用标准。鉴于此,本文首先论证了简化型世界投入产出表应用的合理性,并兼顾可行性和时效性问题探讨了此类投入产出表的一种简化编制方案;同时,为进一步完善产业关联理论及其应用,基于简化型世界投入产出模型相应拓展了各种产业关联效应的测度方式、经济内涵及分析价值。Under the production environment of open economy,both non-competitive industrial linkage theory and regional industrial linkage theory try to remedy the application defects of traditional competitive industrial linkage theory from the perspective of heterogeneity of products. But this paper shows that： only the input-output models which endogenously introduce the rest of economies and satisfy the closed nature can rationally reflect the linking pathways among economies and industries and provide the complete measure of industrial linkage effects. This implies that world inputoutput tables are the standard for industrial linkage analysis. Therefore,this paper verifies the reasonability of applying simplified world input-output tables to industrial linkage analysis,and then discusses the procedure to compile simplified world input-output tables taking the practical issues of feasibility and timeliness into account. Simultaneously,in order to promote the theory of industrial linkage analysis and its application,this paper respectively expands the measurement methods,economic significance and application value of different industrial linkage effects based on simplified world inputoutput models.
