摘 要:为优良节水抗旱型绿篱植物种类选择提供依据,采用盆栽称重控水法,研究4种常见绿篱植物抗旱的生理生化变化特征。结果表明:1)4种绿篱植物的相对含水量(LRWC),轻度干旱和中度干旱处理的降幅均不大,且均保持在正常水平;重度干旱处理,蚊母、龟甲冬青、龙柏和红叶石楠较对照(CK)分别降低21.43%、27.86%、19.07%和25.71%;并且4种植物的叶片保水力(LWRC)随着干旱胁迫强度的加大而不断增强,重度干旱处理,蚊母和龟甲冬青的LWRC较CK分别上升17.78%和23.33%。2)3种不同干旱胁迫处理,植物叶片的REC均与CK差异不显著,蚊母和龙柏重度干旱处理的REC比CK分别提高9.47%和9.32%;4种植物的MDA含量均较CK高,蚊母在轻度干旱、中度干旱和重度干旱处理其MDA含量较CK分别提高43.39%、40.91%和58.68%,且差异显著。3)蚊母与龙柏均随胁迫强度的增大其SOD活性升高,而红叶石楠的SOD活性呈先增后降的变化趋势;随着干旱胁迫强度的加大,蚊母与龙柏的CAT活性呈上升的变化趋势,龟甲冬青与红叶石楠在各干旱胁迫处理下其CAT活性变化呈先升后降的变化趋势。4种绿篱植物的抗旱性强弱依次为龙柏>蚊母>红叶石楠>龟甲冬青。The physiological and biochemical characteristics of four common hedge plants were analyzed by the potted weighing water-control method under drought stress to provide the scientific basis for selection of hedge plants with good water-saving and drought-resistance. The results show that: 1) leaf relative water content (LRWC) of four tested hedge plants can keep the normal level without obvious decreasing range under mild and moderate drought stress but LRWC of Distylium racemosum, Liex crenata cv. Convexa, Sabina chinensis and Photinia fraseri under severe drought stress decreases by 21.43%, 27. 86%, 19.07% and 25.71% compared with CK respectively. Leaf water retention capacity (LWRC) of four tested hedge plants gradually increases with increase of drought stress and LWRC of D. racemosum and L. crenata cv. Convexa under severe drought stress are 17.78% and 23.33% higher than CK respectively; 2) leaf relative electrical conductivity (LREC) of four tested hedge plants under mild, moderate and severe drought stress is no significant difference compared with CK and LREC of D. racemosum and S. chinensis under severe drought stress is 9. 47% and 9. 32% higher than CK separately. MDA content of four tested hedge plants is higher than CK and MDA content of Distylium racemosum under mild, moderate and severe drought stress increases by 43.39%, 40.91% and 58.68% compared with CK respectively; 3) SOD activity of D. racemosum and S. chinensis rises with increase of drought stress but SOD activity of P. fraseri shows a first rising and then declining trend with increase of drought stress. CAT activity of D. racemosum and S. chinensis shows a rising trend with increase of drought stress but CAT activity of L. crenata cv. Convexa and P. fraseri shows a first rising and then declining trend under three drought stresses. The drought resistance of four tested hedge plants is S. chinensis〉D, racernosurn〉P. X fraseri〉L, crenata cv. Convexa.
