摘 要:为黔中地区苹果生产管理提供参考,以黔中地区栽培的丽嘎、皇家嘎啦、天红1号和长富2号4个苹果品种为试材,研究其花后50d果实不同生长发育时期果皮色素类物质的含量变化。结果表明:4个品种的花青素含量随着果实生长发育至成熟阶段呈逐渐上升趋势,且差异显著;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素、类黄酮和总酚含量呈逐渐下降趋势。其中,丽嘎、皇家嘎啦、天红1号和长富2号叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量差异显著,4个品种的前4个生长发育时期类黄酮含量差异显著。In order to provide references for apple production management in central Guizhou, the changes of pigments contents in mesocarp of four apple varieties were studied, including Liquan Fuji, Royal Gala, Tianhong 1 and Chang Fuji 2, in different growth period 50 d after flowering. Results: The anthocyanin content in the four apple varieties showed a rising trend with growth period prolonging, and it was significantly different in all stages. The contents of Chl a, Chl b, Chl, carotenoid, flavonoid and total phenolic gradually decreased. There were significant differences of Chla, Chlb and flavonoid contents among Liquan Fuji, Royal Gala, Tianhong 1 and Chang Fuji2. Flavonoid contents in the four varieties were of significant differences in previous four periods.
