摘　　要：为促进农民用水户协会建设发展,提高农民参与用水户协会的积极性提供参考,运用四川省和重庆市277位参与用水户协会农户的调查数据,构建Probit模型分析农民参与用水户协会行为的影响因素。结论:农民参与用水户协会行为主要受家庭中有无村干部、政府对协会的扶持政策、协会经费保障程度、协会提供灌溉用水的便捷性、农业收入占家庭可支配收入比重等因素影响。重视村干部的示范引领作用,扩大政策扶持力度,改进制度设计,有利于提高用水户协会的服务效能和农民参与用水户协会的积极性。Factors influencing farmers~ participation behavior in water consumer association were analyzed by the Probit model established by using the investigated data from 277 farmers to participate in water consumer association in Sichuan and Chongqing to provide a reference for construction and development of farmer water consumer association and enthusiasm of farmers＇ participation in water consumer association. In conclusion, the farmers＇participation behavior is mainly influenced by the factors of whether a village cadre in a family, governments＇ supportive policy, association fund supply degree, convenience of irrigation water and proportion of agricultural income in disposable household income. The countermeasures to pay attention to village cadres＇ demonstration and guidance effect, enlarge supportive policy strength and improve system design can effectively improve service efficiency of water consumer association and enthusiasm of farmers＇ participation in water consumer association.
