贵州现代山地高效农业发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：高原山地是我国西部地区主要的地貌特征,也是西部现代农业发展的基本条件。贵州地处云贵高原,其农业既是山地农业,又是高原农业和喀斯特农业。独特的自然环境虽然蕴育了贵州多样的农作物品种资源,形成了贵州独具特色的少数民族农耕文化,但脆弱的喀斯特生态环境也为贵州的农业现代化之路提出了挑战。为探明贵州山地农业的特点及山地条件下现代高效农业面临的挑战,笔者从山地农业的功能出发,对贵州山地农业的特点和局限性进行了分析,结合贵州山区传统的农业发展模式,对当前贵州发展山地现代高效农业所面临的挑战进行了探讨,提出立足于山地自然条件下,大力发展立体农业、生态农业和特色农业,利用贵州丰富的民族农耕文化,大力发展休闲农业、乡村旅游业,以及大力发展加工业、培养新型农业主体,加强农业社会化服务体系建设等发展贵州山地高效现代农业的建议。Plateaus and mountain is the main typical geomorphological characteristics and also the basic condition for modern agricultural development in Western China. Agriculture in Guizhou Province located in Yunnan-Guizhou plateaus is not only mountain agriculture, but also plateaus agriculture and karst agriculture. Unique minority farming culture is formed from unique natural environment with multiple crop germplasm resources in Guizhou, but fragile karst ecological environment gives a challenge to agricultural modernization in Guizhou. The feature and limitation of Guizhou mountain agriculture were analyzed from the angle of mountain agricultural function and challenges to develop Guizhou＇s mountain modern high-efficiency agriculture are discussed based on traditional agricultural development patterns to explore characteristics of mountain agriculture and challenges to develop Guizhou ～s mountain modern high- efficiency agriculture. The suggestions to develop stereoscopic agriculture, ecological agriculture and featured agriculture based on mountain natural conditions, develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism by using abundant minority farming culture, develop processing industry, cultivate new agricultural subjects and strengthen agricultural social service system are proposed to realize mountain high-efficiency modern agriculture in Guizhou.
