芜湖市农地流转不同模式的综合效益

摘　　要：为了解芜湖市农地流转不同模式的综合效益差异及其原因,以期为芜湖市及相关地区农地流转模式的选择提供参考,通过问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,从经济、社会和生态3个维度出发,分析农户与农户间、农户与农业经营大户间、农户与农业产业化公司间3种模式下农地流转的综合效益。结果表明:农业产业化公司参与农地流转的综合效益最高,为95.63分;其次是农业经营大户,为88.62分;普通农户的综合效益最低,仅为78.20分。同时为更好地促进农地流转的发展,针对性地提出积极引导农业产业化公司参与农地流转,完善农地流转信息披露机制,规范农地流转程序,健全农村社会保障体系的对策。The comprehensive benefits of three farmland circulation models （between farmer households, between farmer households and large agricultural management household, and between farmer households and agricultural industrialization company） were analyzed by the combined method of questionnaire survey and interview from three respects of economy, society and ecology to understand difference in comprehensive benefits of different farmland circulation models and to provide a reference for selection of farmland circulation models in Wuhu City and other relative regions. The results showed that the comprehensive benefits of the farmland circulation model between farmer households and agricultural industrialization company is the maximum （95. 63 score）, followed by the farmland circulation model between farmer households and large agricultural management household （88.62 score） and the farmland circulation model between farmer households （78. 20 score）. The countermeasures to actively guide agricultural industrialization companies＇ participation in farmland circulation, improve the information disclosure mechanism of farmland circulation, regulate the procedure of farmland circulation and prefect rural social security system are proposed for further development of farmland circulation either.
