摘  要:在实验生态条件下,研究了TBBPA对美洲鳗鲡(Anguilla rostrata)幼鳗体内谷胱甘肽代谢相关指标的影响.在本实验暴露剂量和时间范围内,GST活性高浓度组被显著诱导;GPx活性高浓度组首先在暴露第三天被显著诱导,其后暴露第七天降低至对照组水平,中浓度组则在暴露第七天被显著诱导;GR活性仅低浓度组表现为显著抑制作用;GSH含量仅中浓度组显著增加.这些相关指标的变化间接反映了生物体受到不同程度的氧化胁迫时表现出的应激效应,有可能作为水环境中TBBPA污染的生物监测指标.对照组中除GPx活性外,其余三个指标均随时间的变化显著升高或降低.表明这些指标易受环境非污染因素扰动的影响,因此作为生物标记时应充分考虑到各种可能的影响因素.Effects of TBBPA on glutathione metabolism in Anguilla rostrata were studied in laboratory ex-periment. In dose and time range of our experiment, GST activities were induced significantly in high con-centration exposure groups. GPx activities in high dose groups were induced significantly in 3 d exposure and then deduced to level of the control in 7 d, while GPx activities in middle dose were induced significantly in 7d. GR activities were depressed significantly only in low dose. The contents of GSH increased significantly only in middle dose. The varieties of these GSH related indicators reflected indirectly the oxidative stress of the fishes while they face to oxidized pressure. These indicators can be considered as biomarkers of TBBPA exposure in water environment. In control, the other three indicators except GPx increased or decreased sig-nificantly in different time, which show that these indicators are easy to be affected by non pollution environ-mental factors. Various possible factors should be considered in biomarker studies.
