摘　　要：针对现有自动扶梯安全性检测参数难于快速、准确、直观地实时显示等问题,研究设计了一种采用STM32F407单片机和光电编码器构成的参数实时测量部件及基于TeeChart图表控件以此实现自动扶梯安全性检测参数的实时显示技术。研究结果表明,系统可将自动扶梯扶手带速度、扶梯梯级速度、扶梯加速度和扶梯运行距离以曲线方式形象、直观地进行实时显示,这不仅能够有效提高自动扶梯检测人员对扶梯安全性参数正确判读的效率,而且还有利于防备自动扶梯安全事故的发生。In order to solve the issue that the safety inspection parameters of escalator are difficult to fast,accurately and intuitively real-time display,the real-time measurement component which using STM32F407 and photoelectric encoder is designed.The real-time display of escalator＇s parameters automatically is realized based on TeeChart control.The results show that the system can automatically show the speeds of escalator＇ s handrail,steps,the acceleration of escalator,and the escalator running distance with the curve.The intuitive realtime display not only improves the efficiency of detection in the proper interpretation of the escalator safety parameters,but also prevents the accident occurring.
