摘  要:基于无线传感与编码测频技术,进行了石油钻井平台综合录井数据采集系统中无线编码器的设计。采用模块化设计方法,以CPLD芯片与微处理器为核心完成了硬件开发;基于编码信号四倍频及鉴相处理原理,提出了改进算法并给出了相应的软件实现。实验及工程现场测试表明:所开发的无线编码传感器能四倍频精确检测并鉴相处理两路相位差90°、频率范围0-200 Hz的编码信号,可稳定地实现对石油钻井绞车设备的实时无线通信和监控,进而解决现有有线设备在录井现场安装和拆卸工作量繁重的问题,为钻井平台的数据采集和分析及平台安全运行提供了新方案,具有很好的应用前景。Based on wireless sensing and encoding frequency measurement technology,a kind of wireless encoder is designed for the comprehensive logging wireless data acquisition system of oil drilling platform.By adopting the method of modular design,the hardware development is completed with CPLD and microprocessor as the core.Based on the coded signal processing principle of quadruple frequency and phase discrimination,an improved algorithm is proposed,and the corresponding software implementation is given.Experiments and engineering field tests show that the developed wireless encoder sensor can accurately detect encoded signals of 90° phase difference and frequency range 0 - 200 Hz,and output quadruple-frequency signal and its phase.The encoder can stably realize real-time wireless communication and monitoring of the oil drilling winch equipment,and then solve the existing wired devices' heavy workload issues of installing and dismantling in the logging site.It provides a new solution for the data collection and analysis of the drilling platform,as well as safe operation,thus has good application prospects.
