摘　　要：从宏观政策环境和技术工作方案等方面分析了我国药品集中采购面临的问题,并针对带量采购这一关键点进行分析,从完善政策环境、改进技术方案等角度提出了完善药品集中采购的具体建议。The problems faced by drug centralized procurement in China were analyzed from the aspects of macro policy environment and technical work plan. The analysis focused on procurement with target quantity. The specific proposals have been put forward to improve the drug centralized procurement by improving policy environment and technical work plans.
