临床血液标本采集错误原因分析

摘　　要：目的通过抽取2次不同时间患者的血液标本检测血型,分析临床血液标本错误原因。方法对申请血型检测与申请输血患者血液标本进行ABO/Rh D鉴定,由输血管理系统自动对患者2次血型检测结果进行比对,及时发现差错。结果通过2次血型检测结果比对,共发现血型不符病例18例,查找分析原因,均系人为因素造成。结论加强临床血液标本采集环节质量管理,严格操作规程,才能保障临床安全输血。Objective Through a patient＆#39;s blood samples from two different time detection blood type, analysis of the causes of clinical blood sample error. Methods Identiifcation of ABO/RhD for all blood group test and transfusion patients blood samples, automatically by the blood transfusion management system for patients with two times of blood test results were compared, detect error. Results Through the two blood group test results, incompatible cases were found in 18 cases, ifnd the reasons, are caused by human factors. Conclusion To strengthen the clinical blood specimens collected link quality management, strict operation regulations, in order to guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
