活血益肾汤联合双密达莫片、福辛普利钠片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血益肾汤联合双密达莫片、福辛普利钠片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选取100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,采用随机数表法将患者平均分为对照组和实验组(n=50),其中对照组采用活血益肾汤进行治疗,实验组采用活血益肾汤联合双密达莫片、福辛普利钠片进行治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的总有效率为94.0%(47/50),对照组总有效率为68.0%(34/50),差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎的患者采用活血益汤联合双密达莫片、福辛普利钠片治疗,效果显著,患者以及患者家属较为满意,值得我们在临床上进行广泛推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of invigorate the kidney decoction combined double density of mo, sodium f cinepolis pills for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods To select 100 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, and divided into the control group and the experimental group by using stochastic indicator method,the control group was treated with huoxue soup of kidney, the experimental group was invigorate used the circulation of kidney decoction combined Dipyridamole tablets, Fosinopril Sodium Tablets for treatment,to compare the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group of patients with the total effective rate was 94.0%（47/50）, the control group total effective rate was 68.0%（34/50）, difference had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Invigorate the kidney decoction combined Dipyridamole tablets and Fosinopril Sodium Tablets treatment for the patients of chronic glomerulonephritis has remarkable effect patients and patients families are more satisfied,It should make widely in clinic.
