摘 要:随着采棉机的大面积推广应用,普通轧花厂又不具备机采籽棉含杂率高的预处理能力,两者间技术脱节已越发突显;为此,设计了一种场地籽棉预处理机,能有效地解决好中间环节。文中介绍MQZ-4A型场地籽棉预处理机的结构、工作原理及机采籽棉的预处理性能试验;试验表明,设计参数合理,整机清杂率达到80%以上,基本满足轧花厂后续加工的要求。With large application of cotton picker, the ordinary cotton ginning factory does not have the pre-processing ability of the seed cotton with high impurity rate from cotton picker, so the technology disjointed between the two has been increasingly highlighted. Therefore, a site of cotton preprocessor, which can effectively solve the intermediate link problems, was designed. The structure and working principle of MQZ-4A type site cotton pre-processor were introduced, as well as the pretreatment performance test. The design parameters are reasonable and cleaning rate of seed cotton preprocessor reaches more than 80%, whieh basically meets the requirements of the follow-up cotton processing in ginning factory.
