摘 要:针对免耕播种机在高位投种后,粒距变异系数较大的问题,设计一种带式导种装置,找出影响其导种性能的关键因素。根据有关排种性能指标的计算方法,得出各性能指标值。在JPS—12型计算机视觉排种试验台上,通过改变取种盘转速、负压室压力、拨片间距对其排种性能进行对比试验。试验得出:当取种盘转速为16r/min,负压室压力为2.5kPa,拨片间距为25mm时,粒距合格率为98.61%、漏播率为0.56%、重播率为1.10%,各项性能指标均达到国家精密播种的要求。For the big problem of large seed spacing variation coefficient after high seed throwing of no-till planter, a kind of belt guide device was designed to identify the key factors affecting the performance of its derivative species. According to the calculation method of GB/T 6973-2005 "singleparticle (precision drills) test methods" seeding performance indicators, the performance index value for each factor was got. On the "JPS-12 type computer vision seeding test bed", by changing the disk rotational speed, negative pressure chamber, paddle spacing, the seeding performances were compared. Test results: When the disk speed is 16r/min, vacuum chamber pressure is 2.5kPa and paddles spacing is 25ram, the grain from a pass rate is 98.61 percent, the leakage sowing rate is 0.56%, the replay rate is 1.10%, and the performance indicators reached the national precision seeding requirements.
