摘  要:针对宁夏部分沙土葡萄园土质松软、喷洒作业空间小的特点,利用履带底盘通过能力强、占用空间小的优点,设计、研制一种履带自走式喷雾运输机。该机通过远程遥控喷雾机行驶和喷雾开闭,减少了植保作业对施药者的伤害,同时提高作业效率。对喷雾性能进行的试验表明,自走式喷雾运输机雾滴分布均匀性好、各喷头喷量差异小、射程适当,在满足喷雾要求的条件下节约药液。Aiming at the soft soil and small working space of some sandy vineyards in Ningxia province, the self-propelled spray conveyor was designed and developed taking the advantage of the crawler chassis which has good traffic ability and small working space requirement, Through the remote control of the spraying machine travel and spray opening and closing, the injury to spray operator was deduced and work efficiency was improved. The sprayer has good droplet distribution, low spray volume difference between each nozzle within suitable range, which saves liquid under the spray requirements.
