摘  要:为实现果树的对靶变量喷药,需要实时监测果树的树冠大小,因此设计精确检测果树体积的靶标体积检测系统。该系统通过PC机调节步进电机的转速及激光传感器的扫描频率,利用步进电机带动激光传感器精确运动来检测果树的体积,同时PC机完成数据的显示、存储及分析。在相同实验条件下,通过设置不同的电机转速和传感器扫描频率,做了相应的体积检测实验。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现对果树体积的有效测量。In order to spray corresponding amount of pesticide to the canopy of different size accurately and efficiently in real time, the precision automatic test system was designed. This system can detect canopy volume by a high-speed laser scanning sensor driven by step motor accurate motion. The computer software can adjust the speed of the step motor and the frequency of the laser scanning sensor, and finish the data display, storage and analysis. Under the same conditions, by setting different motor speed and sensor scanning frequency, the corresponding canopy volumes were measured, which shows that the system is reliable with high accuracy, has easy-to-use computer user interface, and can display real-time data.
