食用农产品协会产品质量安全治理绩效影响因素的实证分析

摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省的调查,实证分析食用农产品协会产品质量安全治理绩效的影响因素。结果表明:其治理绩效更多的受到安全农产品市场需求、协会会员特征、安全生产技术行为特征的显著影响。食用农产品协会的集体行动显著受到安全农产品市场需求、安全农产品效益、会员特征、安全生产技术等因素的影响。安全农产品效益与协会会员特征最为密切,并且后者显著影响了食用农产品协会在产品质量安全治理方面的意愿。在安全农产品认证领域,政府行为影响较大,但是政府仍需出台更多有效措施激励食用农产品协会提升产品质量安全治理绩效。Based on the cases of Heilongjiang, the performance is more influenced by the market demand for more safe agricultural products, membership characteristics of association and safety production technology, and these are significant correlated to collective action of edible agricultural associations. Membership characteristic is closely correlated to effectiveness of safety agricuhural and significantly influenced the wishes of associations＇ quality governance. Although the government has greater impact on safety certification of agricultural products association, the government still needs to improve control methods and introduce more effective measures to support association＇s quality and safety governance practices.
