摘　　要：文章以商业银行中间业务的发展为理论基础,对建设银行中间业务创新的影响因素进行实证分析,其中业务及管理费用占营业支出呈正相关,资产收益率与资本充足度呈负相关。Based on the theory of the development of commercial bank＇s intermediary business, this article made an empirical analysis on the influence factors of CCB＇s intermediary business Innovation,it proved that the business and administration expense were positively correlated to operating expenses, and the assetincome ratio was negatively correlated to capital adequacy.
