丝兰属植物提取物对蛋鸡血清脂质指标和蛋黄胆固醇、三酰甘油含量的影响

摘　　要：为了研究蛋鸡日粮中添加丝兰属植物提取物对蛋鸡血清和蛋黄胆固醇、三酰甘油含量的影响,试验选取280日龄的农大3号蛋鸡180只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只,对照组、1组、2组、3组丝兰属植物提取物的添加水平分别为0,60,120,180 mg/kg,预试期为1周,正试期为6周。结果表明:在蛋鸡日粮中添加丝兰属植物提取物可降低血清胆固醇和三酰甘油含量,其中60 mg/kg组的血清胆固醇、三酰甘油含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加丝兰属植物提取物组蛋黄三酰甘油含量均有所降低,其中180 mg/kg组蛋黄三酰甘油含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。经济效益随着丝兰属植物提取物添加量的增加呈现降低的趋势。To study the effects of diets added with Yucca extracts on the contents of yolk and serum cholesterol and triglyceride in laying hens, 180 Nongda - III laying hens at 280 days of age were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates of 15 hens each. Adding levels of Yucca extracts in the control group, groupl, group2, and group3 were 0, 60, 120, and 180 mg/kg, respectively. The pre -test period was one week, and the trial period was six weeks. The results showed that adding Yucch extracts to the diets for laying hens could significantly decrease （ P 〈 0. 05 ） the contents of serum cholesterol and triglyceride. Thereinto, the contents r of serum cholesterol and trig!yceride in the experimental group added with 60 mg/kg Yucca extracts were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） than those in the control group. The contents of yolk triglyceride in the experimental groups added with Yucca extracts were decreased somewhat. Thereinto, the content of yolk triglyceride in the experimental group added with 180 mg/kg Yucca extracts ＇was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） than that in the control group. The economic benefits of laying hens presonted a decreasing trend with the increase of the adding amount of Yucca cots.
