摘  要:针对当前我国环氧树脂涂层钢筋,一方面从理论角度出发,分析混凝土强度、混凝土保护层厚度以及横向箍筋等混凝土内部结构对其与混凝土粘结锚固性能的影响;另一方面,通过对其进行混凝土拉拔试验,验证理论分析的结果。基于理论分析结果与对比试验结果基本一致,得出增加混凝土强度和混凝土保护层厚度,有利于粘结锚固性能的提升。同时,配置横向箍筋或在其基础上增加面配箍率对提高环氧树脂涂层钢筋与混凝土的粘结锚固性能的作用明显。Based on the epoxy coated reinforcing steel in present China,on the one hand,this paper analyzed the effect of the concrete internal structure which includes concrete strength,concrete cover thickness and stirrup on the bonding property between epoxy coated reinforcing steel and concrete in theory. On the other hand,through the pull-out test,the results of theoretical analysis ware proved. Because the comparative test results agreed with the theoretical analysis,it reached a conclusion that the increase of concrete strength and concrete cover thickness could conducive to the promotion of bond and anchor performance. At the same time,configuring the stirrup or increasing the stirrup ratio could improve the bond and anchor performance between epoxy coated reinforcing steel and concrete obviously.
