骨胶原皴裂膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性研究

摘　　要：本研究主要评价外用蒽菲优生骨胶皴裂膏产品治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效和安全性研究,采用callegariS.P.A.SOFT5.5检测皮肤含水量、牵陛,用问卷量表方式比较治疗前后受试者与皮肤瘙痒症相关的症状以及前后疗效评价。This study mainly observed clinical effects and safety of collagen cracked cream for skin pruritus. The elas- ticity and moisture content of skin were measured by Callegari S. P. A. SOFFS. 5, and we use questionnaires to investi- gate the dryness and itching of the skin before and after treatment. The results showed that, after 4 weeks, there were significant differences in moisture content of skin between before and after use （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the collagen cracked cream was 84.2%. No harmful response to all volunteers took place in the observation. The study concluded that the collagen cracked cream is safe, effective and worth to treat skin pruritus.
