摘 要:采用ABAQUS对铅芯橡胶支座进行了极限压剪状态下的应力分析,研究了第一形状系数S1、第二形状系数S2和钢片与橡胶层厚比ts/tr对支座应力状态的影响。分析表明:极限压剪状态下,支座中部分钢片将产生屈服,而橡胶层的应力较小;第一形状系数S1对支座中钢片和橡胶层Mises应力的影响较小;第二形状系数S2对支座中钢片Mises应力的影响较小,而橡胶层的Mises应力随S2的增大而线性增大;支座中钢片的Mises应力随着钢片与橡胶层厚比ts/tr的增大而降低,而橡胶层的Mises应力随着层厚比ts/tr的增大而增大。The finite element analysis of the lead rubber bearing under compress - shear limit state was conducted by ABAQUS, the effects of the shape factor S1,S2, thickness ratio between steel sheet and rubber sheet ts/tr on the stress of the bearing was studied. The results show that under compress-shear limit state, some of the steel sheet in the bearing will yield, but the stress of the rubber is small. The shape factor S1 has little effect on the Mises stresses of the steel sheet and the rubber. The shape factor S2 has little effect on the Mises stress of the steel sheet, the Mi- ses stress of the rubber increases as the increasing of S2. The Mises stress of the steel sheet decreases as the thick- ness ratio tJtr increasing, but the Mises stress of the rubber increases.
