摘 要:在不同实验室温度下对热量计的热容量进行标定,研究了热量计的热容量标定和煤样测定时的温度差异对发热量检测的影响,并从理论角度分析了引起发热量检测误差的原因。研究结果表明:热容量标定温度和发热量测定温度相差5K以上时,发热量测定结果间几乎都存在显著性差异,测定结果差值的95%概率置信限均超出发热量测定的重复性限;在室温15℃~30℃范围内,发热量测定温度与热容量标定温度一致时,不同温度下发热量测定结果相差较小;用低温标定的热容量计算高温测定的发热量结果时,其结果偏低。In this paper,calorimeter heat capacity was calibrated under different laboratory temperature conditions,how the temperature difference between calorimeter heat capacity calibration temperature and coal measuring temperature affected the calorific value was researched,and from the theoretical point,the reason which lead to measuring error of calorific value was analyzed.The results showed that when the heat capacity calibration temperature and coal measuring temperature differed more than 5 K,significant difference of calorific values would almost exist,95%probability confidence limits of measurement results difference were beyond the repeatability limits of calorific value.In the lab whose temperature ranged from 15 ℃ to 30 ℃,when the calorific value measuring temperature and heat capacity calibration temperature were unanimous,the calorific values differed very a little under different measuring temperatures,when using the heat capacity calibrated at low calibration temperature to calculated the calorific value at high measuring temperature,the results were lower.
