摘　　要：通过用紫铜内套结晶器和石墨内衬结晶器试制生产磷脱氧铜TP2Φ150mm铸锭熔铸工艺的研究,有效地解决了该合金半连续浇铸中铸锭产生的内部裂纹等缺陷,并总结出了用石墨内衬结晶器生产磷脱氧铜TP2Φ150mm铸锭熔铸工艺,完全符合生产高品质圆铸锭的需求。through research on phosphorized copper TP2 Ф 150 mm ingot casting technology which adopted bronze coating crystallizer and graphite liner crystallizer operation; the semi-continuous casting alloy ingot casting defects such as internal crack was effectively solved, and phosphorized copper production TP2 Ф 150 mm ingot casting process of the graphite lining crystallizer was summarized, this process could completely meet the requirements of producing high-quality round billets.
