摘 要:概述运用一定方法即可使不规则粉体颗粒变成球形的粉体球化的研究意义以及国内外研究状况,详细论述制备球形粉体的物理方法和化学方法,以二氧化硅、钛粉、钨粉为例阐述球形粉体的优异性能及其在各领域中的实际应用。结果表明,球化后的粉体有更好的性能和更广泛的应用领域。Significance of particle spheroidization and research statuses in domestic and overseas were summarily introduced, which makes particles with irregular shape into spherical using a certain method. Physical and chemical methods for preparing spherical particles were illustrated. Taking titanium particles, silicon particles and tungsten particles as examples, excellent performances of the spherical particles and their application in industry were expatiated. The results show that the spheroidized particles have better performances and wider application areas.
