摘  要:利用氢氧化钙沉淀法制备氢氧化镁包覆碳酸钙复合无机阻燃填料,将制得的复合阻燃填料用于填充乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物电缆料,研究复合阻燃填料的阻燃性能和力学性能;利用扫描电子显微镜观察复合阻燃填料的微观形貌,并且利用能谱仪分析其复合情况。结果表明:制备复合阻燃填料的最优工艺条件是反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2 h,硫酸镁质量为36 g时的氢氧化钙质量为24 g;氢氧化钙沉淀法可以制备出微观结构均匀的氢氧化镁-重质碳酸钙复合阻燃填料。To prepare the composite flame retardant fillers calcium carbonate coated with magnesium hydroxide, the precipitation method of calcium hydroxide was adopted. The prepared composite flame retardant fillers were used to fill ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) cable materials. The flame retardant performance and mechanical properties of the composite flame retardant fillers were researched. The microstructure and composite situation of the composite flame retardant fillers were respectively characterized and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the optimal process conditions are that the temperature is 85 ℃, the reaction time is 2 h and the mass of Ca(OH)2 is 24 g when the mass of MgSO4 is 36 g. The magnesium hydroxide-ground calcium carbonate composite flame retardant fillers with microstructure uniform are successfully prepared.
