摘  要:针对矿井粉尘粒径会影响其表面润湿性的问题,选取5种代表性煤样研究粒径对润湿接触角和喷雾降尘效率的影响,由此建立降尘剂作用下的矿井粉尘表面润湿性数据库;采用Orange7.5拟合软件对数据库进行数值拟合,并得到可视化曲线和方程.结果表明,基于拟合方程高度平行性的规律,粒径影响矿井粉尘表面润湿性的一般性规律是粒径为9~11 μ.m的矿井粉尘对表面润湿性影响最大.Aiming at the problem that dust particle size can affect wettability of mine dust surface, five kinds of typical coal samples were chosen to test the influence of particle size on wetting contact angle and dustfall efficiency. Thus the wettability databases of mine dust surface were established under the action of dustfall agent. The databases were fitted numerically using fitting software Orange 7.5, and the visual curves and equations were obtained. The results show that based on the law of fitting equation of high parallelism, the general rule that the dust particle size affects the wettability of mine dust surface is that the mine dust whose particle size is between 9 and 11 μm has the greatest influence on the wettability of mine dust surface.
