摘　　要：赛后运动动机研究是运动员赛后心理研究的重要方面。抽取166名运动员,采用心理测量方法对运动员赛后运动表现进行自我评定,以此间接考察运动员赛后运动表现评价的自我增强与自我验证动机特点。研究结果表明:运动员赛后运动表现评价过程中不存在自我增强倾向,但是存在显著的自我验证倾向;女性、训练年限6年以上运动员对于运动表现"团队意识"因子的自我评价具有更高水平的自我验证动机,消极自我评定组运动员在"注意力集中"因子的自我验证动机水平越高,其对于训练和比赛的负面评价水平越高。运动员追求来自重要他人的客观评价,以确定自我概念,这对于运动员赛后的自我完善具有重要意义;而针对不同群体运动员自我验证动机特点进行合理调控,则有助于运动员良好竞技状态的发挥。The study of post-games sports motivations is an important part of the study of athletes＇ post-games psychology. Through the study of the samples of 166 athletes, this research takes self-evaluations on athletes＇ post-games performances by using psychological measurement methods so as to investigate the features of their motivations of self-verification and self-enhancement indirectly. The research suggests that there is no self-enhancement tendency but prominent self-verifica- tion tendency in the process of post-games athletic performance evaluation;female athletes and athletes in over 6 years＇ training period own higher-level self-verification motivations on ＂team awareness＂ factor, and the higher the level of self- verification motivations of athletes in the group of passive self-concept on ＂attention concentration＂ factor is, the higher the level of their passive evaluation on training and competition is. Athletes pursue the objective evaluation from significant others in order to determine their self-concept, which is significant for athletes＇ post-games self-improvement;the rational adjustment on the features of self-verification motivations of athletes in different groups contributes to the development of athletes＇ good competitive condition.
