摘　　要：西辽继承辽朝正统,政治制度衍用故辽的南北面官制度。随着政权扩展,南、北面官的内涵发生变化。基于统治地域和民族构成的不同,西辽统治者坚持因俗而治的基本原则,实行直辖部族制和间辖羁縻制两种统治模式。The West Liao Dynasty inherits orthodoxy of Liao Dynasty,and the civil official system is used as usual.As power extends,the content of the south and north official system has changed.Based on the difference in region and national composition,the ruler of West Liao Dynasty adheres to the principle of rule by morals and implements the tribal system and Jimi system as two dominant modes.
