摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,以大型体育场馆动态监测体系为研究内容,就大型体育场馆动态监测体系设计原则、监测指标、作用、系统构建、技术开发等进行了深入研究。通过分析认为,构建动态监测体系应坚持全面、及时、准确的原则。监测体系的指标包括动态指标和基本资料。建立动态监测体系对政府和场馆具有重要作用,此外还具有较大的数据开发应用价值。文章构建了动态监测体系的基本框架,并从计算机网路、数据库、算法等方面对建立动态系统平台的可行性进行技术论证,最后提出构建大型体育场馆动态监测体系的建议。The construction of dynamic monitoring system of large-scale stadiums was important and valuable for data development. Literature study and interviews were taken to analyze the principe of design, the indexes, function, construction of monitoring, the technical development of the dynamic monitoring system of the large-scale stadiums. It could be seen that the system should be comprehensive, timely and accurate. The indexes included dynamic indexes and hasic information. This paper has constructed the basic framework of dynamic monitoring system from the perspectives of computer network, database, algorithm, the feasibility of establishing dynamic system platform technology demonstration.
