体育强国战略下残疾人体育面临的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、归纳分析法等研究方法,对体育强国战略目标下残疾人体育的发展议题进行了探讨。研究认为:发展残疾人体育是建设体育强国的题中之义,是繁荣体育文化的有力手段,是推动体育和谐发展的必然要求。体育强国战略为残疾人体育的发展带来了千载难逢的机遇,同时,发展残疾人体育对体育强国目标的实现具有重要的战略意义。当前,强力政策倡导,夯实措施推动和多元服务体系为残疾人体育的发展注入了前所未有的活力,但也存在经济基础薄弱,传统观念顽固,健身宣传困难等症结。提出:应以体育强国建设为契机,以科学发展观为指导,加大残疾人体育投入,加快残疾人体育公共服务体系的构建等建议。Literature study and logical analysis were used to study sports for the disabled under the background of China＇s being strong in sports. Being strong in sports meant developing sports for the disabled which would in turn push the harmonious development of sports forward. At present, the governmental policies supporting multiple sports service system have brought opportunities to sports for the disabled. However, the insufficient funding, the lack of health building by the disabled and the public promotion of health building have challenged the development of sports for the disabled. To solve the problems, the scientific outlook for development should be adopted as guidance for the construction of public sports service system for the disable.
