世界古典式摔跤技战术特征及对里约热内卢奥运会备战的启示

摘　　要：在经历了"项目危机"后,2013年国际摔联对古典式摔跤竞赛时间、竞赛级别、比赛分值、评定方式和消极判罚等进行规则修订,树立了倡导积极进攻、增加比赛激烈对抗、提高项目观赏性的目的。该文遴选2011、2013年世界锦标赛古典式摔跤排名前12名国家运动员技战术特征为研究对象,研究表明:俄罗斯、韩国、伊朗、阿塞拜疆和亚美尼亚等国家以稳定的技战术竞技水平和一批正处于黄金年龄的运动员,继续处于世界领先地位;受实施新规则的影响,当前世界古典式摔跤技战术特征表现为积极进攻、趋于技战术攻防一体化,鼓励使用大幅度和高级技术,世界强国运动员均具备核心技战术能力和绝招技术;新规则实施导致站立技战术运用比例增多、比赛获胜方式多样化、技术分值均衡化发展等趋势。同时,针对我国备战形势,在破解规则、立足自我、挖掘潜能和更新观念的基础上,制定技战术训练计划体系、提高核心竞争能力、打造绝招技战术,将体能和技、战术训练相融合,提高技战术训练的时效性、适应性和针对性。After experiencing the development crisis, FILA made the decision on revising the Wrestling Kutes m aspects of bout times, categories, technical points, ways of winning the bout and passive wrestling, aiming at encouraging the attacking. The technical-tactical performance of 2011, 2013 World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships showed that Russian, Korea, Iran, Azerbaijan and Armenia a／were in a leading position by steady technicabtactical performance and elite wrestlers. Under the influence of new rules, technical-tactical performance in Greco-Wrestling was characterized by high- level attacking ability as well as balancing the attacking and defending technical-tactical performance. Elite wrestlers ex- celled in core competitiveness and unique techniques. New rules led to more time of standing position in bouts, variety of victory ways and equalization of technical points. The preparation of technical-tactical training for Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games for China lay in the scientific plan, the core competitive ability, winning rules and reconciling the fitness training and the technical-tactical training.
