摘　　要：目的掌握常熟市晚期血吸虫病(晚血)患者治疗救助情况。方法根据《寄生虫病防治信息管理系统》,采集2006-2014年常熟市晚血患者的治疗救助数据,并进行统计分析。结果 2006-2014年全市共救治晚血患者1 269例次,其中新发展晚血447例次,男女比例0.56∶1,平均受助年龄71.71岁。患者以腹水型为主,占78.25%(993/1 269),巨脾型次之,占21.20%(269/1 269),结肠增殖型占0.55%(4/1 269)。临床治愈率12.29%(156/1 269),好转率62.81%(797/1 269),无变化8.67%(110/1 269),治疗的总有效率为75.10%(953/1 269)。9年共发生医疗费用1 668.05万元,平均13 145元/例次。结论晚血治疗救助达到了改善晚血患者症状、缓解病情、提高生活和生命质量的基本救助目标。Objective To understand the status of treatment and assistance for advanced schistosomiasis patients in Changshu City from 2006 to 2014. Methods According to The Parasitic Disease Prevention Information Management System,the data of treatment and assistance for advanced schistosomiasis patients were collected and analyzed statistically in Changshu City from 2006 to 2014. Results A total of 269 advanced schistosomiasis patients were assisted. The sex ratio of men：women was 0.56：1 with an average age of 71.71 years. The ascites-type patients accounted for 78.25%,splenomegalytype 21.20%,and colon proliferation-type 0.55%. The clinical cure rate was 12.29%,improvement rate 62.81%,and nochange 8.67%,and the total effective rate was 75.10%. Conclusion The treatment and assistance for advanced schistosomiasis patients has achieved the basic target of improving the symptoms,relieving pains and improving the living quality.
