摘 要:目的对某超市集中空调通风系统竣工验收卫生学评价,确保其卫生质量符合要求。方法采用风险评估法、检查表分析法和系统工程分析法进行评价。结果卫生检测结果显示送风中真菌总数和风管内表面积尘中真菌总数的最高检测值分别为950 cfu/m3和2 200 cfu/cm3检测结果超标,集中空调设备设施卫生状况存在一定的安全隐患。结论该超市的集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应加强管理。Objective To assess the hygiene design of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems in the supermar- ket so as to guarantee sanitary safety of central air - conditioner. Methods The central ventilation and air conditioning sys- tems were evaluated by the methods of risk assessment, check list and systematic engineering method. Results The sanita- tion detection showed that the fungus( maximum value 950 cfu/m3 ) in the collected dust weight exceeded the standard limits and the total count of fungus (2 200 cfu/m3) in the air condition systems also exceeded the standard limits. Hygienic status of the central ventilation and air conditioning systems existed hidden risk. Conclusion There is a certain degree of contam- ination in the centralized air ventilation system of the supermarket, and the hygiene management should be strengthened.
