摘 要:目的识别某纺织厂可能存在的职业病危害因素,预测其危害程度,找出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法通过经验法、职业卫生调查法、检验检测法、综合分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、粉尘、生物因素,工作场所各种职业病危害因素的检测结果分别为:噪声强度78.8~102.1dB(A),超标率46.2%;棉尘浓度0.66~4.96mg/m3,超标率为62.5%。结论某纺织厂噪声、粉尘危害严重,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。Objective To identify occupational hazards and predict occupational hazards for the textile factory, find the key control points. Methods The experience method, occupational investigation, detection and comprehensive analysis method were applied for identifying occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards existed in the tobacco plant were noise, dust and biological factors. The detection results showed that noise intensities and the rate over occupational exposure limit were 78. 8 - 102. 1 dB (A) and 46. 2% , respectively. The concentrations of dust and the rate over occupational expo- sure limit were 0. 66 - 4. 96 mg/m3 and 62. 5 % , respectively. Conclusion The risk factors of noise and dust in the textile factory are serious, some measures should be strengthened to control them.
