联合雾化吸入治疗哮喘患儿120例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德联合雾化吸入与复方异丙托溴铵吸入对急性哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法选择北京市仁和医院2012年4月至2014年4月收治的120例急性哮喘发作患儿为研究对象,随机数字表法分组,观察组60例,实施孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德联合雾化吸入;对照组60例,实施复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,对疗效进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为75.00%,观察组治疗总有效率显著较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者FEV1、FEF及FEV1/PVC等肺功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者情况均优于治疗前,但是观察组所有指标水平均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗前后症状积分对比显示,治疗前两组患者无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者均较治疗前明显改善,但观察组症状积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘急性发作采取孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德联合吸入治疗的疗效显著,可快速作用于病灶,消除症状,恢复体征,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between the combination of budesonide and montelukast inhalation and ipratropium bromide inhalation therapy. Methods 120 cases of acute asthma patients from our hospital from April2012 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 60 cases.The observation group was given inhalation of budesonide and montelukast; and the control group was given inhalation therapy of ipratropium bromide. Clinical efficacy, time of symptoms disappear and recovery, symptom score and lung function index before and after the treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was93.33% which was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.00%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the two groups of patients were better than before treatment, but the observation group was statistically higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;The symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and montelukast can effectively treat children acute asthma, cure lesions quickly and eliminate symptoms. It should be widely applied in clinic.
