摘　　要：2014年套袋苹果果面斑点病在烟台严重发生。室内分离鉴定结果表明,其病原菌为链格孢(Alternaria mali)和点枝顶孢(Acremonium stictum),在苹果不同品种上侵染的种类也不同。经室内离体果实接种病菌测定其致病性,针刺有伤接种处理均发病,无伤接种处理均不发病。表明该病原菌是弱寄生菌,只通过伤口侵染。田间防治试验结果表明,10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂1000倍液喷雾对该病害有较好的防治效果。Fruit-dot disease of bagged apple occurred seriously in Yantai in 2014. Pathogens isolated from the disease were identified indoor as Alernaria mali and Acremonium stictum, and infection species was different in different apple cultivars. Pathogenicity test indoor with fruits in vitro showed that the fruit were infected at the condition of acupuncture injury, while it could not infect the fruit without wound. And 10% Polyoxin WP dispersed 1 000 times showed preferable field control efficacy.
